Problem Note 43392: Variables may be missing from output data set in PROC UNIVARIATE

DetailsAboutRate It

In the OUTPUT statement in PROC UNIVARIATE, if you specify a new variable name that is exactly 32 characters long then any additional output variables specified after it in the same statement will be omitted from the output data set.

If SAS/QC is available, PROC CAPABILITY may be used instead to avoid this problem. The only circumvention in PROC UNIVARIATE is to use new output variable names that are less than 32 characters.
